The suction machine, loading and silo feeding equipment and extruders form a small nonetheless important part of the production line of polyethylene pipes which are not mentioned anywhere. In order to imagine the importance of the suction machine, just imagine that the raw material would not enter into the entrance funnel of the extruder uninterrupted and regularly or an excessive amount would enter the extruder which would result in an overflow or that we wanted to fill the raw material silos by hand and without using the suction machines and take the materials from different silos to the extruder and so on. Based on these examples one can understand the importance of the suction machines. The suction machines are located on top of the extruder funnels and before the gravimetric weighting tanks which suck the materials off the silos and take them to the extruder. Also another types of suction machines are used for filling the silos of raw materials. The order for incorporating the suction machines are the way they are used in Pars Ethylene Kish factory and polyethylene pipes production lines of this company, which would be different in terms of suction machines types and different models and even different usages based on need and environmental circumstances (terrestrial and aerial suction machines). But the only thing that could not be different is the use of high quality and reliable suction machines which enable continuous and uninterrupted operation in the line. The suction machines are used for the sake of mechanization of production line stages and to remove or reduce the stages that used to take place by human involvement and hence using suction machines could seriously reduce human costs. The suction machines have adjustment sensors and timely replacement, maintenance and cleaning would extend their service period which should be taken seriously.
