Quality and fabrication of Die Head is important, for example, an internal body should be polished with highest standards and best possible condition, and be smooth, this creates at least friction between the raw material and body, and as a result, we have saving in energy consumption, and raw material is easily removed from the mold, And also alloy body should be in such a way that the heat transfer is carried out with the highest possible coefficient.
