Gravimetric is a device for automatic control of weight and amount of raw materials used in the production of polymer pipes (Polyethylene, polypropylene, and ...), which is used during production in extrusion lines (polyethylene pipe production line). Raw materials and polyethylene granules are guided by special tubes through the silos and material loading device to the Gravimetric machine for production of polyethylene pipes. Other uses of this device are the measurement and transfer of raw materials to the extruder according to the production standards. All lines of the Pars Ethylene Kish, are equipped with a gravimetric device. These devices are made by INOEX Germany. INOEX designs and manufactures the most valid and accurate gravimetric systems and other measurement systems for polyethylene pipe production lines in the world. The modern and ideal gravimetric device monitors all input materials to the extruder and production line, and controls them in accordance with the standards that are defined for them. Suitable gravimetric device should have several (at least 3) input containers, which the amount of these substances is controlled momentary, and the incorporation of master batch and white polyethylene raw materials is done automatically according to the formula and standard, and adding masterbatch manually without calculation is completely wrong and mistake.
